SPDP is a prepaid payment instrument for own business that can be used to pay for products and services provided by SPD Japan and others on the SPDJP platform. 1 SPDP = JPY 1. SPDP has no expiration date and is non-refundable in principle. SPDP is not a deposit, an investment product, or a crypto-asset.

Digital Asset LendingCrypto-asset lending service

SPD Japan provides Digital Asset Lending (a crypto-asset lending service under which SPD Japan borrows crypto-assets from corporate clients). Details such as lending terms are explained individually after an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) has been signed.

Crypto-Asset Collateral LoanStablecoin loans secured by crypto-assets

A service under which clients provide BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, ADA, and other crypto-assets, as well as listed equities in Japan, the United States, and Hong Kong that they hold as collateral and SPD Japan lends stablecoins to them. The type of stablecoin lent, the loan-to-value ratio, the loan period, rates and fees, and other conditions are set out in each individual agreement. This service runs in the opposite direction to Digital Asset Lending (a service under which SPD Japan borrows crypto-assets from clients).

JPY / USDVStablecoin-related services

JPY / USDV are stablecoin-related services that SPD Japan is considering for use in business-to-business payments in Japan and overseas. They are currently in preparation and have not been launched. No launch date has been announced.

This does not indicate that any issuance or circulation has taken place, that reserves are held, that an audit has been conducted, or that any license or approval has been obtained. This does not indicate that SPD Japan provides international remittance services as a funds transfer service provider.

Corporate API & Wallet

SPD Japan is considering this as a function that would connect payment capabilities with companies' existing systems in order to manage multiple currencies and balances, configure permissions, and review transaction histories. It is not currently provided. Future concepts may be changed or discontinued.

This does not indicate that SPD Japan provides international remittance services as a funds transfer service provider.

SPD Mall

SPD Mall is planned as a venue where products and services can be exchanged for SPDP in the future. It currently lists product information only. Online exchange and payment are not available.
