Article 1 (Scope of Application)
- 1. This Policy applies in connection with the use of the Services. In addition, if any privacy policy or other personal information protection policy, terms of use, etc. that the Company posts on the Services separately provides for the handling of User Information (as defined in the following Article), such provisions shall also apply together with this Policy. If such provisions conflict or are inconsistent with this Policy, the provisions of this Policy shall prevail.
- 2. This Policy does not apply to external services with which the Company partners in connection with the Services or services provided by third parties (hereinafter referred to as "Partner Services, etc."). For the handling of user information in Partner Services, etc., please refer to the privacy policies established by the relevant business operators.
Article 2 (Information Acquired by the Company)
To the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use set forth in the following Article, the Company acquires the following information, including personal information, about users of the Services or persons who wish to use the Services (hereinafter referred to as "Users").
- (1) Information provided by Users when using the Services: name, date of birth, address, age, gender, telephone number, email address, ID, password, information entered in the profile section of the Services, and other information designated by the Company.
- (2) Information collected by the Company through the use of the Services: device ID, IP address, device location information, server access log information, cookies, search history, transmitted data, and information acquired from Partner Services, etc. based on the consent of Users.
Article 3 (Purposes of Use)

1. The Company shall properly handle User Information within the scope of the following purposes.
- (1) To provide the Services and to verify identity
- (2) For billing and payment relating to the Services
- (3) To respond to inquiries, etc. regarding the Company or the Services
- (4) To give notice of changes to the terms of the Services or this Policy, suspension, discontinuation, cancellation of contracts, and other important matters
- (5) To deliver advertisements regarding products and services provided by the Company or third parties
- (6) To conduct surveys and analyses regarding the status of use of the Services
- 2. The Company may change the purposes of use set forth in the preceding paragraph within the scope recognized as having a reasonable relationship to the purposes before the change. After a change, the Company will notify Users of it or publish it by posting it on the Company's website or by other appropriate methods.
Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)
- 1. The Company does not provide personal data to third parties without the consent of Users, except in the cases provided for in this Policy and in cases based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations.

2. In the cases falling under any of the following items, the recipient shall not be deemed a "third party" under the preceding paragraph.
- (1) Where the handling of personal data is entrusted to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use
- (2) Where personal data is provided in connection with the succession of business due to a merger or other reasons
- 3. The Company does not engage in the joint use of personal data.
Article 5 (Use of Information Collection Modules)
The Services do not use Google Analytics. For the acquisition, use, and provision to third parties of User Information in the Services, please refer to the Articles of this Policy.
Article 6 (Rights to Disclosure, Correction, etc. of Personal Information)
- 1. When the Company receives a request from a User who is the principal (the individual to whom the personal data relates), under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, for notification of the purpose of use of, disclosure of, or disclosure of the records of provision to third parties concerning, personal data held by the Company, the Company will respond without delay after verifying the identity of the principal; provided, however, that this does not apply where the Company is not obligated to do so under laws and regulations.
- 2. Please submit requests for disclosure, etc. to the inquiry desk set forth in Article 9.
- 3. A fee of JPY 1,000 per request will be charged for a request for notification of the purpose of use of, or disclosure of, retained personal data.
Article 7 (Security Control Measures)
The Company will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and otherwise for the security control of personal data. The Company will also exercise appropriate supervision over its employees and entrusted persons. The main measures are the formulation of a basic policy, the establishment of handling rules, organizational measures, human measures, physical measures, technical measures, and understanding of the external environment where personal data is handled in a foreign country.
Article 8 (Amendment of this Policy)
- 1. The Company will review the status of its handling of User Information as appropriate and may amend this Policy as necessary.
- 2. The amended Policy will be published by posting it on the Company's website, etc. or by notice via email, etc.; provided, however, that when making an amendment that requires the consent of Users under laws and regulations, the Company will separately obtain such consent by the method specified by the Company.
